At Tifal Baby Diaper, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your baby. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, as well as the process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
General Return Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- Refunds are not provided, whether the product is opened or unopened. Instead, we offer exchanges for eligible items.
Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are available for customers who:
- Receive the wrong product.
- Receive faulty or damaged diapers in an opened packet.
In such cases, please contact our customer support immediately so we can arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
Exchanges for Outstation Orders (Cities other than Lahore)
For customers outside of Lahore (referred to as “Outstation” orders), our exchange policy is as follows:
- Wrong Product Ordered by Customer:
- If you accidentally order the wrong product (e.g., wrong size or quantity), you will need to return the packet to our company address. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item. Once we receive the product in its original, unopened condition, we will process the exchange and dispatch the correct product to your address promptly.
- Wrong Product Sent by Us:
- If you ordered the correct product but received the wrong item due to our mistake, Tifal Baby Diaper will take full responsibility for the exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure the correct product is sent to you at no extra charge. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.
We aim to make this process as easy as possible, so please allow a few days for the returned product to reach us and the correct one to be dispatched.
Exchanges for Local Orders (Lahore)
For customers based in Lahore, we offer a streamlined exchange process through our local delivery service, Tifal Riders:
- Wrong Product Ordered by Customer:
- If you mistakenly order the wrong product, you will need to pay the delivery charges to the rider when the correct packet is delivered. Our rider will collect the wrong packet from you and exchange it for the correct one, and the customer will bear the delivery cost associated with the exchange.
- Wrong Product Sent by Us:
- If you ordered the correct product but we sent the wrong one, the exchange will be free of charge. We will ensure that the right product is delivered to you as quickly as possible, and the wrong product will be collected by our rider at no cost to you. Tifal Baby Diaper will take full responsibility for the exchange.
For Lahore customers, exchanges are typically completed within 48 hours of notifying us of the issue.
Defective or Damaged Products
We take product quality very seriously, but in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will arrange an exchange for you.
- What Qualifies as Defective?
- Defective products include diapers that are damaged, improperly sealed, or in any condition that affects their usability. If you receive such a product, please contact us immediately with details of the defect.
- Replacement Process:
- Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible. For Lahore customers, our local riders will replace the defective product. For Outstation customers, we will cover the shipping charges for returning the defective product and sending the replacement.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, there are no additional costs for the replacement. We are committed to ensuring that your baby receives safe and high-quality diapers.
Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Email our support team at info@dayimaan.pk or call us at +92 302 1494407. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you’re seeking an exchange or reporting a defective product.
- Return Shipping:
- For Outstation orders, ship the product to our company address if instructed to do so. Be sure to retain the tracking information for your records.
- Processing Time:
- Once we receive the product, we will process your request within 3-5 business days and send out the exchanged item as quickly as possible.
- Delivery of Replacement:
- Depending on your location, the replacement product will be delivered via our local riders in Lahore or through our courier partners for Outstation orders.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Products that have been used or opened (unless they contain defective or damaged diapers).
- Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
